Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete yourLock That Fitness In account and all data associated with it. The app is published by LTFI Global LLC.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Lock That Fitness In on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.

Before you start

There is nothing to cancel first. Lock That Fitness In is free during the beta and has no paid subscription, so no billing needs to be stopped before deleting your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All training history — workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and personal records
• Body metrics, including weight and measurements
• Nutrition and macro logs
• Sleep and recovery entries
• Supplement records
• Your saved plans, templates, and custom exercises
• Any data imported from Apple Health
• Your public profile, handle, and avatar image
• Everything you shared with other people — shared workout links, posts in the feed, and leaderboard entries. Shared links stop working.

What we keep, and for how long

Deletion is immediate in the app and in our live database. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis and are fully cleared within six months. We may retain minimal records where the law requires it — for example, a record that a deletion request was made and honoured.

If you no longer have the app

You do not need to reinstall it. Email privacy@ltfi.global from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity, action the request, and reply within 45 days. There is no charge.
